Students sharing experience about the visit in Italy

In November 2017 I had the opportunity to travel to Catanzaro,Italy with some of my classmates with the Erasmus project. We spent a wonderful week with the most amazing people I’ve ever met.The most interesting thing about this was that there were kids from a lot of countries and we got to speak a lot in English and also we learned many new things. In Catanzaro we attended to programming hours and learned about robotics and how to fly a drone.Besides going to school we also went to the University of Calabria where we learned about computer science. We visited the town,Catanzaro and saw its amazing architecture and historical attractions and Santa Severina, another little town where we spent some hours visiting the castle.I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to go to Italy and learn new things, explore new places and also make a lot of new foreign friends.

In November 2017, I had the opportunity to go with three other colleagues to Catanzaro, Italy, where we learned a lot about robotics. We got to see a 3D printer at work and we found out how to use it and I liked it a lot when we had the chance to build our own robot. Apart from, we went on two different excursions, one to the University of Calabria and one to Santa Severina. At the University we found out many other things about robotics from one of the professors and in Santa Severina we visited an extraordinary castle. We also learned how to fly a drone, something neither one of us did before and we found out a lot of things about the city, Catanzaro.
Other than that, we got to know a lot of people from different countries and in that short time we managed to make friends with quite a few and we still keep in touch.
It's been an amazing week and I would have liked for it to never end. I came back knowing a lot of things that I might have never found out about another way.

Last year in November, I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the mobility in Italy thanks to the Erasmus project. Me and my colleagues were welcomed in the beautiful city of Catanzaro where we met a lot of interesting students from the other participating countries of the project. We stayed in the Southern part of the city, having a breathtaking view of the sea right from our rooms. I was impressed by the beauty of the city and my favorite part was the downtown where we visited the cathedral, an amazing statue and other beautiful buildings.
The main goal of the visit was to participate in robotics classes. They were very interesting and I think building a LEGO robot was the best. Also connected to robotics was the visit to the University of Calabria where we participated in a lecture hold by one of the teachers.
These were all great but my absolute favorite was the city of Santa Severina and especially its main attraction, the citadel. I loved seeing the antique design of the buildings and the way the whole city was placed on a mountain.
The people were also incredible and I loved spending time with them and make new friends. I hope I will get other opportunities like this in the future.
THE DREAMS OF THE ROMANIAN STUDENTS

Greiner Cristian (18), National College of Computer Science “Grigore Moisil”, Brasov, Romania
My dream is to become a programmer. A lot of teenagers want to do that, because we live in the century of technology and everyone depend of it in our days. I really want to develop new softwares to help people and to make their life easier.
This is my vision about my future because a lot of my friends took this way and they told me that would change my life because the programming is not very easy, but it develop the logical and algorithmic thinking which is good for brain. I discovered this thing three years ago, when I started to study computer science at the school. Now I have 7 hours of computer science per week and I follow three extracurricular courses, but I`m still at the basic level.
My dream is not a special one, but everyone support me, my parents, my friends, and especially my teachers. I really want to follow it because when I study at computer science I discover new things everytime and this is what I want, to learn something new the entire life.

I have a dream

ROMANIA

I have no words to describe how beautiful and amazing my Greek experience was. I couldn’t even describe to my family and friends, I am still absorbed by all the feelings and the memories I made. Words can’t even get close to expressing the emotions of those beautiful days. I’ve learnt a lot of things that will help me in my future career and job, I’ve learnt to communicate better, to make a resume and how to behave at a job interview. But despite the fact that I’ve learned things, that’s not the only benefit I’ve got from that week. I’ve made friends, people that prooved themselves to be different, not the selfish, boring people I was used to. They were great people with great personalities and minds, not just the students, but the teachers also, and I felt honored to meet this kind of people. And after all of that, all the time in the world wouldn’t be enough for me to describe the beauty of the places I visited. The Acropolis and the museum were beyond amazing, but the city of Volos was something I wasn’t expecting. Staying right at the shore was the best thing, the smell, the view, I was truly amazed. Therefore I only have good things to say, but not enough space and time. But I hope beautiful things like this won’t hesitate to come in my life in the future.
The difference that dreams make is that even if everyone has  them, dreams make each and every one of us unique. Dreams are pure, unblameable and bring the best out of people. You won’t hear anyone saying that dreaming is a waste of time, and if anyone says that, they certainly don’t know how to be free and how to make happiness out of any little thing. That’s a big thing they are missing.
My dream, a little one out of billions, I dream about being a therapist or a psichologist. I want to make people feel good with and about themselves. I want to be remembered as the person, the chance people just need to feel accomplished. I want to spread happiness, the only thing you can give without having. It’s just contageous. Making people happy would make me happy. I have a dream, I am unique and happier than ever.

I HAVE A DREAM

MATEI CABA, ROMANIa

“I have a dream to work for a big car manufacturer after all these years of studying. As a kid I was wondering how do cars work and I started to believe that I could help companies develop their project cars and concepts.
As I grew up, this urge became more and more intense. I modified many R/C cars, I was always searching for new technologies that have appeared on the market and at this age I think I am able to deal with this stuff.
I find interesting the contest between the big manufacturers like Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes etc. Most of these technologies are discovered due to the vanity of the brands to be the first which discovered   x or y. I am that kind of competitive person and a big job at a car manufacturer will show my character”
