My Experience in Greece

Ayşe Şahin

Between 4th and 11th of March, I had an amazing chance to be in Greece via my school's Erasmus project. Before I tell you about the benefits of this project, I want to talk about what a great time I had there. Because the days I  spent in Greece were one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. I made a lot of foreign friends whom I'm still in contact with. Also lots of good memories. Because that Turkish and Greek cultures are similar to each other, I didn't feel like a complete stranger there. Now to speak about the benefits of the project, I can't explain how advantageous this project was for me. I've learned lots of useful things which I can use in my future career. For example, I learned how to write a CV and how to behave professional in a job interview. There are many more things that I can talk about, but I want to talk about places I visited. To be honest, I have to say that even if I enjoyed Acropolis a lot, Volos was much more likable in my opinion because Athens was SO crowded for me. Lastly, I didn't have any issues about the project itself but the weather there could be a little better for travelling. I wish that I could go there again and meet my friends for a second time.

I truly hope that I can make new experiences like this in future!
